Our key holding service is designed for all customers who have alarm systems which are monitored and require a professional response service to act as their nominated first Key holders-:

• Relieving the client of the burden of dealing with out of hour call outs.

• Removes the liability to employees attending possibly dangerous criminal scenes. 

• Premises keys in our 24-hour control centre. 

• Full documentation and audit trail of clients keys throughout any incident.

Peace of mind

In the event of an alarm activation, the duty Control Centre Manager will send the nearest mobile patrol vehicle directly to the premises to ascertain the cause of the activation – false or genuine. Clients will only be notified by Nationwide or other monitoring stations in the event of a break-in or other such emergency.  We can arrange for an emergency boarding up service in the event of minor damage. Our Officers remain at the site until the premises are fully secured or as long as the client requests in the event of major damage.
