Business Development Manager - Security Services

Nationwide Services are a well established organisation in the FM Services industry; the company supply a wide range of security and cleaning services into a variation of organisations across the whole of the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven business development professional with previous experience in the Security Industry and proven success within Manned Guarding Sector and CCTV to join a growing company.

We have aggressive growth plans, both organically and through acquisition.

The Role:

Business Development Manager – Manned Guarding/CCTV

  • Salary circa £35,000 (DOE)
  • Excellent Uncapped OTE Scheme

  • Ideally live within the North of England, however this is a national role

Responsibilities:

·You will be required to source and develop profitable new business throughout the north of the UK

·You will be expected to generate your own new leads and appointments in order to meet face to face with potential clients

·Regular attendance is required at industry events and exhibitions presenting the company and effective networking.

·Utilisation of our sales toolset and company CRM platform to aid the delivery of retention and growth of your customer base

·Nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities

·Taking a consultative approach to selling, you will attend customer meetings to demonstrate and pitch suitable Security Solutions

·Ensuring you keep up to date with the development of Services within this sector, networking with buyers and sector specialists

·The role requires attention to detail and quality to be delivered in sales presentations and proposals

·Build and Maintain good working relationships across all departments of the business

  • Significant previous experience in developing business within the UK Security industry

  • You have natural sales ability with proven experience in selling, always exceeding sales targets

  • You will have a smart and professional appearance with excellent people and presentation skills
  • Experience of compilation of effective tender process including writing, bidding and presentation is required.
