Once the Operational Management Team has received the permission to roster their new colleague they will arrange their full induction and training programme before they start work on your site.

Each new employee will receive a thorough induction which includes a professional Toolbox Talk of Health and Safety, COSHH (for the cleaning staff) and Manual Handling, once they have taken a basic multiple choice questionnaire they are taken through your site specific induction.

The site specific induction will include all practices and procedures to clean your building; this is documented on the employees Assignment Training and Competency Record.

  • The first and most important, our new colleague is introduced to you the client and your team.
  • Reporting for Duty, this will include how to use our time and attendance booking on facility using the unique mobile app or the designated premises telephone, site rules and the hazard and control measures.
  • Issuing of Personal Protective Equipment and when they are to be used whilst on site.
  • Site Health and Safety to ensure our colleague understands your site emergency procedures, first aid requirements, waste disposal and possible fault reporting.
  • For cleaning:
    • cleaning Skills is one of the most important parts of our training, not everyone knows how to clean we train the cleaner how to clean correctly to ensure productivity, from colour coding to actual practice.
    • The safe and correct use of the supplied cleaning equipment and machinery.
    • The understanding of the Site Cleaning File, each site is required to have its own site specific file to include the Cleaning Specification, Risk and Method Statements, Safety Data Sheets, our Company Policies and any reporting procedures.
