As an SIA approved contractor, we achieved a high score at our last audit, putting us in the top 15% of the approved contractor companies for security guard services in the UK. This rating is the result of our on-going commitment to providing innovative and unique methods of securing our customers' premises, assets and brands.

To support this goal, our field management teams and assignment personnel are supported by our state of the art UK communications centre, data capture division (DCD) and a fully integrated management system, which allows full transparency of our security services delivery, including service level agreements and financial processes.
Solutions to support our services division include CCTV and remote monitoring, alarm response & key-holding, concierge & receptionists; as well as investigation and consultancy services.

Nationwide FM has invested heavily in information technology, specifically our own communication platform called iCom. More recently we have developed iCom Tracker, which enables our communication centre staff to use GPS tracking to locate security officers within 2 metres of any location, allowing informed deployment, especially in cases of crisis management.

Nationwide FM training academy
In 2006 we established the first residential training academy for security operatives in the North West. Based at our headquarters in Wigan, Greater Manchester, the training centre was created to ensure that new recruits to the industry understood the responsibilities of a security operative and are able to carry out their duties with pride and professionalism.
We offer a wide variety of specialised training to all our current staff and new recruits, including:
